IRRIGATION MAINTENANCEThe irrigation timers that control the fronts of the homes are managed by the Association. In order for Gillespie's Irrigation to maintain the system, no locks should be placed on the boxes, and they are to be accessible at all times. Anytime there is a question or a problem with your irrigation system, please contact Management Specialists Services to have it resolved at (352) 335-7848. |
CLUBHOUSE RENTALSThe clubhouse is available for Longleaf owner's to rent for a rental fee of $115 for the first 3 hours ($25 for each additional hour). There is a refundable deposit of $200 that will be refunded if the clubhouse is left in the same condition as it was prior. To reserve the clubhouse for your next event, please contact Management Specialist Services at (352) 335.7848. |

FITNESS RM / POOL KEY CARDIf you are a new owner and have not received a key card to get into the fitness center and pool, please contact Management Specialists Services at (352) 335.7848. You will need to bring your ID and your warranty deed. If you have lost your key cards, you can purchase another one for $30.00 from Management Specialists Services. Please make all checks payable to "Longleaf Community Association, Inc". |
POOL and CLUBHOUSE INFORMATIONThe use of the pool is for Longleaf residents and guests only. Residents are encouraged to meet your neighbors and keep unauthorized people out. As a friendly reminder, there is no alcohol, glass, pets, or smoking in the pool-fenced area. If you are having a celebration on the pool deck, please be courteous of your neighbors and share the tables and chairs and please remember to clean up after yourself. |
COVENANTS COMMITTEELongleaf Community Association is now enforcing their right to fine for Covenant and Restriction violations. Please be sure to read your Covenants and Restrictions and adhere to the guidelines set forth in your documents. If you receive letters for violating a covenant or restriction, you will then have a specified number of days to correct the violation. If the violation is not corrected within the allotted time period, you will then receive a "Notice of Hearing" letter. If the violation is not corrected prior to the hearing, you will incur fines. The intent of the violation letters is not to fine, but to correct the violation. |
